At Starpack (Pty) Ltd, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, charges, and other important information regarding the delivery of your order.
We currently deliver to:
All major towns and cities within Botswana
Select outlying or rural areas (subject to courier availability)
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
National deliveries: 2–5 business days
Remote or outlying areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
We use trusted courier partners and/or our in-house delivery team (where available) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
If your order is late, missing, or damaged upon arrival:
Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt
Provide your order number and any relevant details (photos for damages)
We will work with our couriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or unavailability, re-delivery fees apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Pickup is available during business hours. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.
